Jewellery Sales Executive

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
• Show and explain jewellery designs, quality, and pricing
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Handle billing, invoices, and basic cash/card transactions
• Keep display counters clean and well-organized
• Follow store policies and security procedures
• Support during stock checking and inventory updates

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery (preferred)
• Presentable and confident personality
• Willing to learn and work in a sales environment
