Designation: Retail Assets – Gold LoanPosition description: Responsible for sourcing business for the Gold Loan team
Job location-: Solan,Paonta Sahib,Kalka,Karnal.
Travel required-: candidates should be comfortable in travel for work in assigned locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Business- Solely responsible to source business through open market
- Need to create database of potential customers using lead generation tools
- Will work in catchment area and seek out new sales opportunities for driving revenue
- Relationship with customers
- Sales Officer need to build and develop good relation with customers and cater their gold loan needs according the requirement
- Need to sustain long-lasting relations with customers to focus more renewals of loan.
- Promotional Activities
- Need to generate more business for team by conducting promotional activities like distribution of leaflet, canopy activity, ATM activities
- Need to conduct activities in residential & industrial places to create awareness of Gold loan amongst
- Login FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS
- Follow up with the Local Ops/RAOPS and ensure all cases are disbursed timely and not screwed towards the end of the month.
- Reporting Team : Sales Manager – GL
- Educational qualifications preferred : Graduate / Post Graduate
